Senior Art Director

Location: Los Angeles, with Monday–Thursday required in office and optional work-from-home Fridays. Candidates based in New York or London will have their working structure defined separately. Travel within the US and internationally may be required.

Salary: $130,000–$150,000 annually, based on location and experience.

What you will do

• Develop and lead visual direction for creative projects in line with client goals and creative briefs.
• Collaborate with strategists, writers, designers, directors, and clients on strategic and conceptual territories.
• Create sketches, mockups, storyboards, and visual concepts to guide design decisions.
• Lead internal and client-facing presentations, gather feedback, and refine creative output.
• Support business development through client proposals and case studies.
• Oversee complex projects, coordinating timelines, resources, teams, and client communication.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in image creation and visual concept development.
• Strong visual design skills and the ability to communicate abstract ideas through compelling imagery.
• Ability to align creative vision with business goals and client requirements.
• Experience presenting strategic visual solutions and influencing client decisions.
• Availability for extended hours, including evenings and weekends, when required to meet client deadlines.
