What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for deploying solutions in public spaces and smart infrastructures.
• Lead product installations and manage customer feedback to ensure seamless deployment.
• Analyze and resolve technical issues, providing input for product improvements.
• Develop and deliver onboarding and training materials to help customers adopt hirify.global solutions.
• Identify new sales opportunities within the customer portfolio and support the sales team in closing deals through demos and technical meetings.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to document feature requests and delivery blockers.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical, Industrial, Automotive, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar client-facing technical engagement role.
• Proficiency in Linux systems for independent deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Solid understanding of IT and networking fundamentals (routing, firewalls, TCP/IP).
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Ability to travel for on-site deployments and client support.
