Junior Video Editor (Social Media): Supporting the edit team in creating and delivering engaging social-first content for global brands with an accent on technical workflows and platform-specific formats. Focus on developing editing skills, managing project timelines, and collaborating on high-quality post-production assets.

Location: Hybrid (London, UK). Must be able to work from the office 3 days per week.

What you will do

• Support senior editors in translating concepts and storyboards into social-first edits.
• Manage project timelines, media organization, and collaborative handovers.
• Add music, sound effects, subtitles, and graphics to enhance content quality.
• Stay current with social media trends and platform-specific content formats.
• Collaborate on post-production processes including media management and review workflows.
• Implement feedback from producers and senior editors to refine final deliverables.

Requirements

• Strong passion for video editing and social-first content creation.
• Basic experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within an agency environment.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Understanding of digital moving image formats and delivery requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience with Adobe After Effects.
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop.
