What you will do

• Develop creative concepts and storyboards for platforms including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Xiaohongshu.
• Execute high-quality video shoots, managing camera, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Handle full post-production including editing, color grading, sound design, and basic motion graphics.
• Collaborate with Creative and Marketing teams to ensure content aligns with brand identity.
• Manage production workflows, including media management and archive organization.
• Research and implement new video trends to optimize engagement and production speed.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in videography and video editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Audition).
• Strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating diverse storytelling styles.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Film, Multimedia, Communications, or related fields.
• Deep understanding of social media algorithms and content optimization.
