What you will do

• Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and visual approaches for brand content across multiple platforms.
• Plan and execute video shoots for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Xiaohongshu (XHS).
• Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to capture high-quality raw footage.
• Edit videos with a focus on pacing and storytelling, including color grading and sound design.
• Collaborate with Creative and Marketing teams to align all content with hirify.global’s brand identity.
• Manage the full production lifecycle and maintain organized media archives of project assets.

Requirements

• Degree in Film, Multimedia, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in videography and video editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Audition).
• Strong portfolio or showreel showcasing various video styles and storytelling approaches.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
• Ability to handle multiple projects independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
