Salary: €6,731–€8,976 per month (38h), depending on knowledge and experience

What you will do

• Lead and coach DevOps teams in a modern high-code engineering environment.
• Support teams during migrations, modernization initiatives, and adoption of Agentic AI.
• Ensure delivery quality, business continuity, and clear priorities across the engineering domain.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and engineering leaders to align goals and improvements.
• Maintain technical knowledge through continuous learning, conferences, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Experience leading software engineering or DevOps teams in a complex IT environment.
• Solid understanding of modern engineering practices: cloud platforms, CI/CD, and security-by-design.
• Experience supporting teams through technological change, migrations, or modernization projects.
• Ability to balance technical quality, delivery goals, and team well-being.
• Dutch and English communication skills (Dutch required; English required).
