What you will do

  • Own omnichannel campaign timelines, milestones, and delivery schedules; translate orchestrator plans into detailed project schedules with dependencies and checkpoints.
  • Manage the full tactic lifecycle including intake, briefing, review routing, LMR/MLR submission, QA, deployment, and version control across digital channels.
  • Act as the primary day-to-day contact for client brand teams, agencies, and delivery vendors; run status meetings and maintain transparent reporting.
  • Coordinate requirements gathering and briefing across agencies, content studios, media partners, and MarTech teams; capture and manage campaign/tactic requirements and documentation.
  • Coordinate data integration requirements between brand CRM programs, marketing databases, and delivery platforms; facilitate performance reviews with analytics and route insights back for optimization.
  • Coordinate cross-partner dependencies and resolve day-to-day delivery issues; escalate program-level decisions to the Omnichannel Orchestrator and drive continuous improvement of delivery processes.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in digital project management, account management, or omnichannel delivery (ideally in a digital services agency or marketing technology firm).
  • Proven experience owning end-to-end delivery of digital/omnichannel programs including CRM, email, paid/digital media, and web.
  • BioPharma marketing services experience is required with direct experience working with pharmaceutical or life sciences clients in a client-facing delivery role.
  • Familiarity with LMR/MLR review processes, pharmaceutical promotional compliance, and regulated content workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, or campaign management systems.
  • Proficiency with project management/collaboration tools such as Jira, Monday.com, Workfront, or MS Project.
