What you will do

• Develop conceptual and detailed architectural designs for building components in post-sales projects.
• Ensure all designs comply with federal, state, and municipal building codes and requirements.
• Create detailed schematic, design development, and construction drawing narratives.
• Coordinate with mechanical, structural, and civil engineering teams on thermal and fire-rating requirements.
• Review and approve architectural product submittals and material specifications.
• Conduct design validation and workmanship audits at fabricator facilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of professional architectural engineering experience.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit.
• Strong ability to interpret construction drawings and equipment specifications.
• Knowledge of local and national building codes governing data center and industrial equipment.

Nice to have

• Professional Engineering (PE) License.
• Experience with low voltage switchgear installations.
