What you will do

• Develop MBSE artifacts including use case diagrams, structural diagrams, and behavioral models using SysML.
• Establish and maintain requirements traceability between models, requirements, and architecture.
• Contribute to requirement validation and alignment with system design.
• Participate in System FMEA and FTA activities.
• Provide technical consulting and lead small cross-functional engineering teams.
• Participate in technical discussions for business development efforts.

Requirements

• Must be a Permanent Resident or Canadian Citizen.
• Bachelor’s degree in System, Electrical, Electronic, or Software Engineering.
• 15+ years of experience in system engineering with a focus on automotive.
• Knowledge of automotive vehicle systems (Body, Passive Safety, ADAS) and autonomous vehicle architecture.
• Hands-on experience in MBSE methodology and tools like Rapsody, CatiaMagic, or Enterprise Architect.
• Experience in technical consulting and leading cross-functional teams.
• Open to frequent travel.
