What you will do
- Process payroll cases, provide resolutions, and act as the first escalation point for operating teams.
- Produce timely and accurate payroll according to processes, standards, and contractual SLAs.
- Handle garnishments, payroll policies/controls, compliance controls, payment releases, and reporting to local authorities.
- Support testing and validation for system updates and configuration changes (e.g., new wage types).
- Support system implementations, including parallel processing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Coordinate with clients and external parties (e.g., tax authorities and benefit providers) and manage Year-End activities and statutory year-end reports.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in payroll outsourcing in an enterprise business outsourcing environment.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes, including continuous payroll, garnishments, payroll policies/controls, compliance controls, payment releases, and reporting to local authorities.
- Experience with SAP Payroll.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and maintain high client satisfaction.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills with a focus on improving HR processes.
- Good communication skills in English and the local language.
