What you will do

• Process payroll cases, provide resolutions, and act as the first escalation point for operating teams.
• Produce timely and accurate payroll according to hirify.global processes, standards, and contractual SLAs.
• Handle garnishments, payroll policies/controls, compliance controls, payment releases, and reporting to local authorities.
• Support testing and validation for system updates and configuration changes (e.g., new wage types).
• Support system implementations, including parallel processing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Coordinate with clients and external parties (e.g., tax authorities and benefit providers) and manage Year-End activities and statutory year-end reports.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in payroll outsourcing in an enterprise business outsourcing environment.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes, including continuous payroll, garnishments, payroll policies/controls, compliance controls, payment releases, and reporting to local authorities.
• Experience with SAP Payroll.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and maintain high client satisfaction.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills with a focus on improving HR processes.
• Good communication skills in English and the local language.
