What you will do

• Own and scale global accounting, tax, and payroll operations across all entities.
• Deliver a timely and accurate monthly close (target: 5-day close) with reliable consolidation and audit-ready financials.
• Ensure full GAAP compliance, strong internal controls, and predictable external audits across entities.
• Build and scale an ASC 606 framework for SaaS and marketplace revenue streams.
• Lead the evolution of NetSuite into a highly automated, AI-enabled finance system to accelerate close and improve accuracy.
• Reduce manual accounting work by at least 50% through automation and process optimization.

Requirements

• Experience building or scaling accounting functions in international, multi-entity environments.
• Strong expertise in US GAAP, with working knowledge of IFRS and local statutory requirements.
• Experience owning group consolidation, financial reporting, and external audits.
• Experience implementing or improving revenue recognition (ASC 606) in complex business models.
• Experience leading or optimizing ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) in multi-entity setups.
• Experience managing tax compliance and global payroll operations across multiple jurisdictions.
