What you will do

• Conduct synthetic experiments independently following standard protocols.
• Assemble and maintain reaction kettles and auxiliary laboratory equipment.
• Register raw materials and document experimental data in the ELN system.
• Ensure lab hygiene, chemical storage compliance, and equipment calibration.
• Draft new synthetic SOPs under the guidance of senior scientists.
• Report experimental observations and maintain strict adherence to safety regulations.

Requirements

• College degree in chemical or polymer engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of laboratory experience with hands-on synthetic operations.
• Familiarity with common lab instrumentation and routine maintenance.
• Strong safety awareness and a rigorous working attitude.
• Basic English proficiency.
• Competency in digital platforms and data logging.
