What you will do

  • Coordinate the execution of ITAD service requests and manage customer onboarding.
  • Create and maintain customer profiles in the system while ensuring accurate configuration.
  • Perform document review and validation through cross-departmental communication.
  • Generate reports on customer products and their lifecycle status.
  • Handle professional communication on behalf of internal and external partners.

Requirements

  • English proficiency: B2-C1 level required.
  • Previous experience in roles involving direct interaction with people.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model in Sofia, Bulgaria.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in Customer Support.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
