What you will do
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex product and service-related issues for customers.
- Provide proactive guidance on best practices for leveraging products within Salesforce.
- Engage with customer business owners to support application optimization and success.
- Serve as an escalation point for technical issues and advocate for customer priorities internally.
- Contribute to the knowledge database and maintain accurate records in Salesforce.
- Assist with software configuration to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work from Sofia, Bulgaria
- Extensive hands-on experience in technical support, debugging, and root cause analysis.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across frontend (JavaScript) and backend (Java) technologies.
- Familiarity with API-driven integrations and RESTful services.
- Understanding of CRM data structures, workflows, and Salesforce environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical topics to diverse audiences.
Nice to have
- Salesforce certification.
- Experience as a Salesforce power user or administrator.
- Proven ability to manage relationships via phone and email.
