What you will do

  • Create diverse marketing assets including videos, playable end cards, and static/animated banners.
  • Manage creative projects through the full lifecycle from initial ideation to final production.
  • Provide creative feedback and briefing support to the outsourcing team.
  • Analyze creative performance metrics to optimize future marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking to stay ahead of mobile performance marketing trends.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a multimedia artist in the gaming or advertising industry.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality marketing video work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Solid experience with AI tools and Unity.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
  • English proficiency required.

Nice to have

  • Experience in performance marketing creative environments.
  • Knowledge of 3D modeling and animation.
  • Unity coding or programming skills.
  • Experience with data and analytics tools.
