What you will do

• Manage the creative process from initial concept to final completion.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop the visual identity of promotional efforts.
• Translate high-level marketing objectives into actionable creative strategies.
• Develop high-quality art assets for User Acquisition (UA) and other marketing materials.
• Identify and implement emerging outlets, methods, and best practices for mobile game marketing.

Requirements

• BS degree in art, animation, graphic design, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing art within the mobile games industry.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically After Effects, Photoshop, and Premiere.
• Strong understanding of mobile marketing KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPI, and hook performance.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for image, video, SFX, and voice generation (e.g., Kling, Veo, ElevenLabs).
• Ability to work in an extremely fast-paced environment with high project volumes.

Nice to have

• Strong intuition for the use of music and sound effects in creative production.
• Experience tracking trends on social media platforms like TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
