Location: Hybrid 2-3 days per week in studio (London, UK)

What you will do

• Drive improvements across content pipelines, workflows, tools, and technical processes.
• Develop and maintain scalable technical solutions to enhance production efficiency and quality.
• Support shader development, rendering workflows, procedural systems, and runtime implementation.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and propose practical optimization solutions.
• Collaborate with Graphics and Engineering teams to align artistic goals with technical constraints.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Technical Artists and adjacent disciplines.

Requirements

• Strong Technical Art fundamentals with advanced experience in shaders, rendering, procedural workflows, scripting, or optimization.
• Proficiency in Unity is essential.
• Experience building maintainable and scalable workflows rather than one-off solutions.
• Ability to balance visual quality, technical limitations, and runtime performance.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating across Art, Animation, Graphics, and Engineering teams.
• Must be based in or able to commute to the London studio for a hybrid 2-3 days per week schedule.
