What you will do

• Animate rich, expressive characters for in-game and cinematic sequences in close collaboration with character art and technical teams.
• Craft dynamic camera sequences, previz, and cinematography to define visual narratives.
• Integrate motion capture, AI, and emerging technologies into the animation pipeline.
• Handle keyframe data complexities, retargeting, and ensure seamless asset integration.
• Support the Lead Animator with documentation, mentoring, and maintaining production standards for internal and outsourced work.
• Push limits of mobile hardware through technical solutions and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Seasoned animation professional with shipped high-profile AAA titles and strong showreel demonstrating human anatomy, weight, movement, cinematography, and camera work.
• Technically-minded 3D generalist comfortable with Unity or similar engines, CG pipeline, and adapting to new tools.
• Proactive problem-solver experienced in mocap integration and technical workflows.
• Collaborative teammate with clear communication, constructive feedback skills, and mentoring ability.
• Self-motivated with passion for gaming and commitment to excellence.
