What you will do

• Define the strategic direction for technology and architecture components across engineering teams.
• Develop and maintain a Technology Adoption Roadmap to translate business needs into concrete technical initiatives.
• Provide architectural guidance and feedback to improve platform capabilities and product features.
• Support Pod Leads and Managers in roadmap planning and breaking down complex projects into executable tasks.
• Bridge communication between stakeholders, data scientists, engineers, and customer success teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• 3+ years of experience as an architect.
• Deep knowledge of event-driven architecture and distributed systems.
• Strong proficiency in Python and vanilla JavaScript.
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and KV stores (Redis).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
• English proficiency at B2+/C1 level.

Nice to have

• Experience with containerization (Docker/Podman) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
