TL;DR

Location: Fully remote job in Poland (Polish time zone).

Salary: PLN 25,000 – 30,000 + VAT (B2B)

What you will do

• Lead architecture efforts across multiple client projects.
• Support presales activities and early-stage technical decision-making.
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders (including CTOs and CEOs).
• Design scalable system architectures and cloud infrastructure.
• Modernize legacy systems and drive cloud migration initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development (e.g. Python, Node.js, Java, or .NET), with strong coding skills.
• Experience designing and building cloud-based solutions (AWS or similar).
• Hands-on experience with system design, DevOps practices, CI/CD, observability, and infrastructure automation.
• Ability to evaluate architectural decisions in terms of scalability, performance, cost, and security.
• Experience working with external clients or readiness to engage directly with stakeholders, including C-level executives.
• English and Polish proficiency at C1 level.

Nice to have

• Experience with Big Data or AI/ML solutions.
• Interest in emerging technologies such as Generative AI, platform engineering, or AI-assisted development.
