What you will do

• Lead technical pre-sales activities, including discovery sessions, client workshops, and RFP/RFI responses.
• Design architectures for enterprise systems and digital products across iGaming, Aviation, and Healthcare verticals.
• Manage stakeholders and advise customers on architectural trade-offs and technical requirements.
• Contribute to company-wide AI adoption and the definition of optimization guidelines for AI tools.
• Ensure smooth project transitions from pre-sales to delivery for custom development services.
• Conduct technical interviews for Solution Architect and Tech Lead roles.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development (Python, Java, or Node.js) and 3+ years in a solution architecture role.
• Proven experience in pre-sales, including technical proposals and discovery workshops.
• Expertise in high-load systems, microservices, and event-driven architecture (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Hands-on experience with Cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and Kubernetes.
• Working knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, and cloud AI services (e.g., SageMaker, Bedrock, Vertex AI).
• English: B2 level (CEFR) required.

Nice to have

• Industry experience in iGaming, Aviation, or Healthcare, including regulatory knowledge (HIPAA, GDPR).
• Knowledge of Agentic AI architecture and orchestration tools like LangGraph or MCP.
• Cloud provider Architect or AI Platform Architect certifications.
