What you will do

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for Genesys solutions.
• Design and deliver advanced end-to-end technical solutions for delivery projects.
• Conduct technical workshops and author technical design specifications.
• Establish and maintain technical architecture for Genesys solutions.
• Modify system configurations to meet evolving business requirements.
• Lead the planning and execution of contact center technology deployments and upgrades.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in maintaining and optimizing large, multi-site, complex contact center environments.
• 3+ years of experience in developing, implementing, and supporting Genesys Cloud solutions.
• Proven track record in developing and managing routing and IVR workflows using Genesys Architect.
• Comprehensive understanding of SIP infrastructure, including SIP protocol, SBC, and load balancing.
• Strong understanding of business processes and their connection to customer experience technology.
• In-depth knowledge of infrastructure planning, operations, design, and system lifecycle management.
