What you will do

• Lead full-lifecycle delivery of hotel technology projects, including requirement analysis, project planning, and risk control.
• Design and confirm technical solutions for hotel core systems such as Opera Cloud PMS, CRM, and Payment systems.
• Act as the primary technical liaison between hotel clients, R&D, and implementation teams to solve docking problems.
• Provide technical pre-sales support, including feasibility analysis, customized solution design, and bid document writing.
• Maintain and optimize pre-sales solution templates and industry case libraries for hotel scenarios.
• Track global hotel system standards and digital operation trends to support product iteration.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in the hotel technology industry with dual experience in technical PM and pre-sales.
• Expertise in Java and extensive hands-on experience with Microservices architecture (MSA) and API design.
• Deep understanding of international hotel systems (e.g., Opera Cloud, Shiji) and their business workflows.
• Proficiency in Chinese speaking is required for client communication.
• Must be based in or prefer Shanghai, China.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or Hospitality Management.

Nice to have

• PMP, Agile Project Management, or technical pre-sales certifications.
• Experience with the WeChat ecosystem and China's MarTech landscape (CDPs, DMPs).
• Proven experience in Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Clean Architecture.
• Knowledge of SAFe Agile, CI/CD, and Release Management processes.
