What you will do

• Contribute to the development and update of project and programme monitoring and management policies, procedures, templates, systems, and tools.
• Integrate operational guidance and Project Cycle procedures into the hirify.global Handbook.
• Support the review and outreach of corporate project and programme management policies.
• Monitor adherence to corporate quality standards and oversee the use of the Technical Cooperation Programme (TCP).
• Collaborate with various units to enhance the effectiveness of project implementation in diverse contexts.

Requirements

• Advanced university degree in development studies, political science, business/public administration, public policy, economics, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree with at least two additional years of relevant professional experience.
• Familiarity with Project Cycle, Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) tools, and administrative management practices.
• Working knowledge of project implementation and related operational and financial procedures.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite at hirify.global headquarters in Rome, Italy.
