What you will do

• Lead end-to-end sourcing and category strategies to translate business needs into effective vendor plans.
• Manage strategic supplier relationships, including negotiations, renewals, and performance monitoring.
• Design and execute sourcing processes such as RFX, supplier selection, and onboarding while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Advise senior stakeholders on complex procurement projects and global initiatives.
• Oversee procurement operations including contract lifecycle management and vendor master data.
• Balance cost, risk, and flexibility to avoid vendor lock-in across multi-stakeholder environments.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of strategic procurement experience in an international organization, preferably in financial services.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken) for global stakeholder communication.
• Strong analytical capabilities to interpret data and identify growth opportunities.
• Solid experience in stakeholder management and working with global or offshore teams.
• Understanding of regulatory, compliance, and legal aspects of procurement within financial institutions.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and global procurement reporting.
