Location: Hybrid at Espoo HQ in Finland (4 days per week in office, 1 day remote; must be within reasonable commuting distance).

What you will do

• Define and own global logistics category strategy and sourcing roadmap – Sea Freight, Warehousing, Road freight + 3PL.
• Lead RFx processes, negotiations, and final supplier selection recommendations.
• Approve contracting strategy, commercial terms, and risk-mitigation frameworks.
• Determine cost-saving initiatives, competitive bidding, and consolidation opportunities.
• Achieve category cost targets including savings, avoidance, and working capital improvements.
• Manage supplier performance on OTIF, lead times, capacity reliability, and digital capabilities.
• Handle risk management across logistics lanes and suppliers.

Requirements

• 7-12 years experience in global logistics procurement, transportation management (road, ocean, air, rail), warehousing & 3PL management, and supply chain operations.
• Proven experience managing large, complex global suppliers.
• Strong background in sourcing, contracting, procurement governance, and cost modelling.
• Strong stakeholder management and project execution skills.
• Strategic mindset to convert business needs into category solutions.
