What you will do

• Provide day-to-day support for shopfloor digital applications to ensure efficient usage.
• Deliver training sessions and onboard new users to tools and processes.
• Gather user feedback and document evolution requests and system enhancements.
• Manage incidents and service requests using the ServiceNow ITSM platform.
• Monitor application performance and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
• Prepare status reports and maintain accurate project documentation for stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience supporting IT solutions and end users in a professional environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis.
• Experience writing technical documentation, such as BRDs and functional specifications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• English: B2+ required.
• Must be based in or able to work in Kinston, NC, USA.
