Salary: $97,530 - $158,480

What you will do

• Transform business questions into technical requirements to deliver flexible and sustainable data products.
• Investigate and assess gaps in business processes and data assets to implement new automations.
• Develop machine learning models and AI-assisted analysis tools for improved decision-making.
• Design and maintain actionable reports and dashboards using Microsoft PowerBI and Python.
• Collaborate cross-functionally within the Earthmoving Division Finance organization to support segment-wide decision makers.

Requirements

• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and cloud data services such as Snowflake.
• Experience applying data analytics, automation, and AI to drive business KPI results.
• Ability to deploy and maintain production-level code.
• Strong oral and written communication skills for collaboration with senior leadership.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite five days a week in Peoria, IL.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Nice to have

• Professional experience in a data analytics or data science role.
• Experience developing and deploying both supervised and unsupervised machine learning models.
• Intermediate to expert knowledge in object-oriented programming.
• Advanced experience in data modeling and visualization within Power BI.
