What you will do

• Drive software projects to deliver best-in-class experiences for hardware-integrated products.
• Act as Scrum Master, leading multiple teams through planning, grooming, demos, and retrospectives.
• Manage project schedules, deliverables, and backlog in collaboration with Product Owners.
• Identify and resolve project obstacles while actively managing risks and contingency plans.
• Communicate project status regularly to stakeholders and business group leaders.
• Standardize software development processes to improve team effectiveness and efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Software Project Management within the consumer electronics industry.
• Certified Scrum Master with at least 1 year of practical experience.
• Strong understanding of the connection between hardware, embedded software, and application software.
• Excellent knowledge of Software Project Management standards and development lifecycles.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills to influence across geographies.
• BS/MS in Engineering or Computer Science with prior experience as a software engineer.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience with system-level engineering.
• Experience working closely with firmware and hardware products.
