What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of autonomous driving NPI projects, from requirements to system deployment and mass production.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including hardware, software, and systems engineering.
• Manage the step-by-step delivery of autonomous driving projects, including mining autonomous trucks and autonomous driving platforms.
• Ensure projects strictly follow NTI/NPI/NMI/CPI process requirements.
• Communicate directly with business/dealers and mining customers to confirm needs and deployment readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in an engineering-related field.
• Experience in NPI or complex engineering project management.
• Ability to lead cross-departmental, multi-professional teams.
• Excellent project management, communication, and risk management skills.
• Fluent English communication and coordination skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with autonomous driving systems, mining equipment, or non-road vehicle NPI.
• Familiarity with hirify.global NPI/NTI/CPI processes.
• Background in system integration, verification, or functional safety.
• Experience collaborating with global teams, dealers, and mining customers.
