What you will do

• Lead end-to-end project initiation, planning, execution, and closure for hotel business systems.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards strictly.
• Act as a key liaison between global product teams, local hotel operations, and third-party vendors.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies to ensure timely delivery.
• Oversee system development, UAT, user training, and full rollout at hotel sites.
• Track project KPIs and provide regular status reports to leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager in enterprise software delivery.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin for seamless communication with global and local teams.
• Solid mastery of waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proven experience in the hotel, hospitality, or travel industry is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel core systems like PMS, POS, and CRM.
• Strong understanding of IT security, data compliance, and PCI DSS.

Nice to have

• PMP, CSM, or other recognized project management certifications.
• Direct working experience with Opera Cloud.
• Experience serving multinational companies in the Greater China region.
