What you will do

  • Identify technology and process improvements to drive business outcomes such as DSO reduction and increased auto-match rates.
  • Conduct deep-dive audits of client finance workflows to identify and eliminate friction points and bottlenecks.
  • Design and execute adoption playbooks to ensure the AI platform becomes the backbone of client finance operations.
  • Lead monthly operational committee meetings and prepare executive-level data narratives for steering committees.
  • Manage change by stack-ranking client requests and aligning desires with the core product vision to prevent scope creep.
  • Coordinate internal resources across Product, Engineering, and Consulting teams to resolve high-impact escalations.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work on-site in Houston, TX.
  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or Management Information Systems (MIS).
  • 2-5 years of experience in data science or client management.
  • Strong business acumen for negotiating with client managers and executive stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% to client sites.
