Platform Engineer (IDP)

What you will do

• Build and maintain an Internal Developer Platform (IDP) to eliminate infrastructure complexity for engineering teams.
• Provision and monitor multi-cloud infrastructure across GCP, AWS, and Azure.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, testing, and deployment through CI/CD and scripting.
• Implement security best practices including access management, encryption, and compliance.
• Ensure system observability by providing logs, metrics, and troubleshooting tools.
• Create technical documentation and support the resolution of platform-related incidents.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of DevOps experience focused on automation, CI/CD, and reliability.
• Strong familiarity with building and maintaining Internal Developer Platforms (IDP).
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and at least one major cloud platform (preferably GCP).
• Proficiency with Infrastructure-as-Code tools, specifically Terraform and Ansible.
• Programming skills in at least one language (Python, Go, Java, C++, Bash, JavaScript, or TypeScript).
• English proficiency at min. B2 level and must be based in Poland.

Nice to have

• Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Elasticsearch.
• Industry certifications in GCP, Terraform, or CKA.
