Fullstack Engineer — Senior Consultant (AI)

Location: Almaty, Kazakhstan; office-based work at KIMEP University with a hybrid format

Salary: From 500,000 KZT net per month

What you will do

• Analyze business challenges and turn them into practical IT and AI solutions.
• Work directly with clients and users to identify needs, gather feedback, and clarify requirements.
• Design and implement solutions independently from architecture and initial ideas through production deployment.
• Work with existing systems and codebases, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions.
• Automate business processes and integrate systems and data.
• Own tasks through implementation and real-world use by clients.

Requirements

• Commercial Python development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Experience with JavaScript, React or Next.js, PostgreSQL or MySQL, Redis, and REST APIs.
• Experience with Tailwind, HTML/CSS, and Ngrok.
• Experience with AI/LLM and AI-powered development tools.
• Ability to navigate unfamiliar systems independently, solve complex problems, and translate business needs into technical solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience in a startup, product team, IT consulting, or systems integration environment.
• Experience independently implementing solutions for clients.
• Understanding of product thinking, business processes, CustDev, CJM, or Jobs-to-be-Done.
• A minor in Public Policy, Public Administration, or Economics.
