What you will do

• Design and deliver CRM and workflow solutions using Salesforce, Apex, and J2EE technologies.
• Lead the full software development lifecycle from inception through production support.
• Create detailed design documentation and UML diagrams to guide development teams.
• Identify system landscape gaps and define end-state CRM solutions.
• Ensure system performance and adherence to business requirements through rigorous testing.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement and support Salesforce projects.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in SFDC architecture, Apex, Visual Force, Triggers, and Classes.
• 4+ years of experience in integrating external applications using SOA/ESB technologies.
• 4+ years of experience in Salesforce web services, WSDL, and integration methods.
• 4+ years of experience in implementing advanced formulas and workflow rules.
• 4+ years of experience in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Certified in Salesforce.com including Force.com.
