What you will do

  • Own the roadmap for insights and reporting products delivering reliable, transparent, actionable data to CTV advertisers.
  • Drive advertiser outcomes by partnering with Data Science to analyze, diagnose, and improve campaign performance.
  • Develop integrations with key partners in the CTV measurement ecosystem for holistic performance visibility.
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, data science, and business teams to execute on product strategy.
  • Shape advertiser trust, performance outcomes, and long-term adoption of hirify.global’s CTV solutions.

Requirements

  • 4–8 years of experience in Product Management or closely related roles in ad tech, data products, or performance marketing
  • Experience working with campaign performance data, analytics, or measurement systems
  • Strong ability to translate complex data into clear product experiences and insights
  • Proven track record of driving cross-functional execution with engineering, data science, and business teams
  • High attention to detail with strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
  • Strong communication skills to influence stakeholders and align teams

Nice to have

  • Experience with CTV, programmatic advertising, or measurement/attribution ecosystems
