What you will do

• Design and implement a data quality framework across Bronze, Silver, and Gold layers, defining validation rules and alerting standards.
• Build and maintain automated data quality checks within Databricks pipelines, including row counts, null checks, and schema validation.
• Own reconciliation between source systems and Databricks layers to ensure accurate data landing and transformations.
• Validate identity resolution outputs in the Silver layer and ensure correct assignment of enterprise identifiers.
• Perform end-to-end pipeline testing from ingestion through to Gold layer reporting outputs.
• Partner with Data Engineers to define acceptance criteria and support client stakeholders during UAT.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in Data Quality, Data Engineering, or Data Analysis roles.
• Experience working with Azure-based data platforms and Databricks.
• Strong SQL skills and experience analyzing large datasets.
• Understanding of data quality frameworks and testing methodologies for ETL/ELT processes.
• English: Advanced level required for effective communication with global teams.
• Location: Must be based in Bogotá, Colombia.
