TL;DR

AI Software Development Engineer in Test (AI-SDET): Leading the modernization of quality engineering by introducing AI-powered testing tools and evaluation frameworks for LLM and RAG pipelines. Focus on designing automated validation pipelines, coaching the QA Guild on AI methodologies, and ensuring the reliability of autonomous agent workflows.

Location: Must be based in Argentina (Remote, Hybrid, or Onsite options available).

What you will do

  • Champion the adoption of AI-powered testing tools and practices across the QA Guild.
  • Design and maintain evaluation frameworks for LLM outputs, including hallucination detection and safety guardrails.
  • Build automated validation pipelines for RAG architectures and multi-agent orchestration workflows.
  • Develop scalable UI and API automation frameworks using Python, Playwright, and Selenium.
  • Integrate quality gates and automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to embed AI quality standards into the SDLC.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Argentina.
  • 4–10+ years of engineering experience with 2–4 years focused on AI/ML.
  • Strong programming proficiency in Python.
  • Hands-on experience with AI/LLM testing, prompt engineering, and vector databases.
  • Experience with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI).
  • Proven ability to influence engineering teams and drive process change.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Robot Framework, Playwright, LangChain, or CrewAI.
  • Knowledge of AI Red Teaming, security testing, or MLOps workflows.
  • Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol).
