Senior QA Analyst (eCommerce)

What you will do

• Execute functional, visual, and cross-device testing across three feature tracks: product experience, auto-replenishment subscriptions, and a CMS-driven platform.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and demos to identify testability concerns and flag blockers early.
• Validate eCommerce API integrations, including product data display, cart flows, and authenticated/unauthenticated user states.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools for test case generation, defect analysis, and coverage gap identification to increase efficiency.
• Collaborate with the QA Lead to triage defects and prepare test summary documentation for client UAT and release readiness.

Requirements

• Track record of QA delivery on digital product or eCommerce engagements.
• Direct experience working within sprint-based delivery teams.
• Must be based in Colombia.
• Available to overlap with US Eastern and Central time zones during core working hours.
• Professional English proficiency for written bug reports and asynchronous communication.
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and practical experience with AI-assisted testing tools.
