What you will do

• Research, design, and develop new AI technologies specifically for personalization.
• Invent and adopt advanced machine learning and analytical techniques for recommendations and LLMs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams of scientists, engineers, and product partners locally and internationally.
• Conduct experiments and launch new features, products, and systems to improve customer experience.

Requirements

• MSc in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of applied research experience.
• Strong proficiency in computer science fundamentals, including data structures and algorithm design.
• Excellent coding skills in Java or Python.
• Proven track record of patents or publications in top-tier peer-reviewed journals or conferences.

Nice to have

• Experience with big data ecosystems such as AWS, Hadoop, Spark, Pig, or Hive.
• Expertise in information retrieval, recommender systems, or natural language processing (NLP).
• Proven experience building and launching deep learning models for business applications.
• Publications at leading conferences such as KDD, ICML, NeurIPS, ACL, or EMNLP.
