What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end research process, including problem identification, feature engineering, and model deployment.
• Develop, evaluate, and maintain machine learning and NLP solutions for sensitive data classification.
• Implement ML models for clustering, text extraction, document analysis, and tabular data classification.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, data analysts, and security researchers to ship features.
• Establish data science workflows and algorithms to process large volumes of user data.

Requirements

• BSc in computer science, math, physics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a data scientist.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Python.
• Proven experience with data pipelines and big-data analytics.
• Solid grounding in core machine learning concepts and techniques.
• Demonstrated expertise in applying LLMs, including prompt engineering, SFT, PEFT/LoRA, and RAG.

Nice to have

• MSc in computer science, math, physics, or related field.
• Significant experience in NLP.
