What you will do

• Identify and execute high-potential opportunities to accelerate delivery cadence using frontier AI capabilities.
• Develop and build both prototypes and production systems to enhance technical and business workflows.
• Optimize codebases, systems, and knowledge stores to make them legible to AI.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership to instill and scale an AI-forward company culture.
• Maintain expertise in the latest AI models and tools to maximize internal operational velocity.

Requirements

• 5 to 15+ years of industry experience, primarily in infrastructure, platform engineering, or developer acceleration.
• Daily proficiency with AI models and tools with a strong intuition of their capabilities and limits.
• Strong proficiency in Python; experience with or desire to learn Rust, TypeScript, or Go.
• Broad working knowledge of AI product and applied research stacks (e.g., understanding of CUDA).
• Ability to balance immediate shipping needs with long-term capacity building.
• Must be based in the USA to qualify for the specified salary range.
