What you will do

• Perform end-to-end implementation of benefits within the Employee Navigator platform.
• Configure benefit plans, eligibility rules, and contribution strategies.
• Build and maintain accurate employee census and enrollment data.
• Manage and support open enrollment setup, testing, and execution.
• Coordinate with insurance carriers and internal teams to ensure accurate plan setup.
• Provide direct client support and guidance throughout the implementation process.

Requirements

• Must be located in Kingwood, Texas.
• High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
• 1 to 4 years of related work experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (preferred).
• Valid Insurance license for Life and Health Lines (preferred).
