What you will do

• Support life and health insurance policy renewals, client retention activities, and customer service requests.
• Maintain knowledge of life and health products, eligibility rules, open enrollment, qualifying events, underwriting, rating, and compliance requirements.
• Support large-group renewals by processing invoices, issuing ID cards, and managing client portal access.
• Handle incoming service calls, process policy changes, analyze policyholder needs, and resolve or escalate service issues.
• Maintain accurate account information in agency management systems and Salesforce, including customer contact and status updates.
• Collaborate with internal Service and Sales teams, provide feedback on service trends, and generate business metrics reports.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; a related bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• One to four years of related work experience.
• Valid Insurance license for Life and Health Lines required.
• Knowledge of insurance regulations and HIPAA compliance requirements.
• Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and follow-through skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially database programs, and ability to learn other applications.
