What you will do

• Architect and deploy AI agents and copilots integrated with internal hirify.global TV systems, tools, and services.
• Own the full lifecycle of agent development, including model selection, prompt and context design, and retrieval strategies.
• Design and implement single-agent and multi-agent orchestration patterns, including handoffs and cooperative task execution.
• Build scalable RAG and context pipelines to ensure high-quality grounding and alignment with business logic.
• Implement tool-calling and MCP-style integrations for safe agent interactions with surrounding systems.
• Establish evaluation, observability, and monitoring for conversation quality, latency, cost, and system performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.
• 2+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML engineering, or backend development.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with C/C++ or another systems language.
• Hands-on experience with LLM-based systems, including prompt design, retrieval, and agent orchestration.
• Experience building and maintaining RAG pipelines and function-calling architectures.
• Must be based in Austin, TX to comply with the hybrid office requirement.

Nice to have

• Experience with multi-agent frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel.
• Experience with edge-device environments where latency and hardware constraints are critical.
• Familiarity with ML/DL frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Research experience or a habit of applying emerging GenAI techniques to real-world problems.
