What you will do

• Lead strategic deep-dives on market entry, player acquisition, competitive positioning, and feature prioritization.
• Build financial models, market sizings, and cohort analyses to drive leadership decisions.
• Collaborate on product execution by writing PRDs and owning feature outcomes end-to-end.
• Conduct structured research and gambler interviews to ground the roadmap in real player behavior.
• Progressively evolve into a full product management remit over the first 6–12 months.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain).
• A genuine passion for iGaming (poker, sports betting) is non-negotiable.
• Elite analytical horsepower to structure complex problems and build defensible models.
• A strong desire to move from consulting into a product ownership role.
• Crypto-native or strong working knowledge of Web3 and on-chain consumer products.

Nice to have

• Direct project experience in consumer tech, gaming, fintech, or high-velocity B2C industries.
• Previous internal lateral move from consulting into a product, strategy, or operating role.
