• Lead the development and implementation of transformational strategies for energy and transport sector clients.
• Create innovative strategies and comprehensive roadmaps to help clients adapt to changing market dynamics.
• Manage both commercial and delivery responsibilities to ensure transformation initiatives meet targeted results.
• Analyze industry trends and disruptions to provide forward-thinking recommendations and internal training.
• Mentor and guide a diverse team of consultants to enhance their professional growth and collaboration.

Requirements

• Master's Degree.
• 5-7 years of experience within a consultancy firm.
• Established network within relevant transport and/or energy companies.
• Strong background in strategic analysis, strategy development, and organizational transformation.
• Excellent English and Dutch verbal and written skills are required.
• Must have a valid work permit for the Netherlands (company is unable to provide sponsorship).

Nice to have

• Fluency in German.
• Strong interest and ability to build expertise in data and AI-related topics.
