End User Support Engineer

What you will do

• Act as the primary escalation point for complex desktop, hardware, and software issues.
• Manage endpoint tools such as Microsoft Intune to ensure patching and security hardening.
• Define and enforce technical standards, procedures, and best practices for end-user support.
• Provide advanced support for VIPs and business-critical users.
• Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and asset records within Ivanti ISM.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and networking teams on cross-platform initiatives.

Requirements

• Must have pre-existing right to work and travel within the EU.
• Significant experience in enterprise desktop/end-user computing support.
• Advanced troubleshooting proficiency with Windows and macOS environments.
• Experience with endpoint management platforms like Intune, SCCM, or JAMF.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL-based service management and ITSM tools.
• Full driver's license.

Nice to have

• Microsoft, ITIL, or CompTIA certifications.
• Experience with VDI technologies and device lifecycle management.
• Exposure to global enterprise environments and vendor management.
