Network Engineer (Juniper)

What you will do

• Manage and maintain monitoring systems, performing fault troubleshooting and problem isolation.
• Provision and configure core network devices, including IP assignment, DNS setup, and NNI ports.
• Perform network equipment build, installation, configuration, and security audits.
• Liaise with 3rd party suppliers to resolve service impacts and manage network changes.
• Maintain technical documentation and WIKI for NOC processes and procedures.
• Act as the Tier 3 escalation point for all core network datacenter services and infrastructure.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Network Operations.
• Strong troubleshooting knowledge of TCP/IP routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, STP, VRRP) and IPSec.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, and Adtran routing, switching, and firewall devices.
• JNCIA or CCNA certification is required.
• Strong familiarity with Linux OS and networking.
• Ability to participate in a 24x7 call-out rotation.

Nice to have

• JNCIP or CCNP certifications.
• Experience with SD-WAN deployment.
• Experience with VOIP and VPN security protocols.
