What you will do

• Repair and refurbish precision surgical instruments under the guidance of senior technicians.
• Perform on-site repairs, maintenance, and testing of assigned instruments and equipment.
• Diagnose technical problems and determine proper solutions to ensure instrument functionality.
• Maintain positive customer relationships and partner with sales teams to grow business in the assigned territory.
• Produce timely daily work orders and update customer reports.
• Ensure all activities comply with applicable ISO and FDA regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Computer literacy and basic mathematical skills (fractions, decimals, ratios).
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and write routine reports.
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Availability for occasional overtime and shift changes to meet customer needs.
• Clear communication skills for interacting with customers and management.
