What you will do

• Connect customer business needs with IT strategy and enterprise architecture.
• Design agile, sustainable, and flexible enterprise solutions with AI at the core.
• Develop high-level architectures aligned with customers’ business missions and IT capabilities.
• Apply industry knowledge to build modern, high-performance IT frameworks and platforms.
• Advise customers on hirify.global solutions, influence adoption, and align infrastructure with business requirements.
• Collaborate with IT professionals and lead architecture-focused initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience designing enterprise architecture.
• Ability to architect, design, and implement IT infrastructure and platforms in a large operating organization.
• Team lead experience.
• Knowledge of application and cloud migrations, containerization, hybrid cloud solutions, and IT transformations.
• Strong communication, customer influence, solution-selling, and contract negotiation skills.
• Experience with one or more cloud technologies.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience with patent applications and SRE observability.
